HARLEM VALLEY — Now that spring is here — officially beginning on Wednesday, March 20 — residents across the Harlem Valley have emerged from their cozy homes to make the most of the longer days ahead of them. For some residents, the return of spring means it’s time to get reacquainted with familiar routines while for others, it’s a time to remember the simple joys of life.
The Millerton News approached local residents to ask what the season means to them. For the most part, many talked about their favorite traditions and which telltale signs let them know that spring has arrived.
