APPLICATION FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION/LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT APPROVAL WITHIN SILO RIDGE FIELD CLUB

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 105 of the Town of Amenia Code, and Section 276 of the Town Law, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Amenia, New York, on February 14, 2018 at 7  pm at the Town Hall, located at 4988 Route 22, Amenia NY on the following matter:

Application by Silo Ridge Ventures Property A, LLC for a 4-foot lot line adjustment approval of Lots CM-14 and CM-15 located at 4035 Club Meadow Drive in the Town of Amenia, NY.  The property is situated within the Silo Ridge Field Club in the Resort Overlay District. 

A copy of the application is on file in the Amenia Planning office for public viewing and inspection during normal business hours at the Town Hall address noted above. The application can also be viewed and downloaded from the Town’s official website at www.ameniany.gov.

At the public hearing noticed herein, the Planning Board will hear all persons interested in the application. Persons may appear at the hearing in person or by agent, and may also submit written comments to the Planning Board prior to or at such hearing.  Dated: January 29, 2018.

TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Amenia will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, 4988 Route 22, Amenia New York on February 15, 2018 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., on proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2018, entitled “A Local Law Providing for the Appointment Of A Single Appointed Assessor Pursuant to Article 3 Of The Real Property Tax Law.”
