A Special Town Meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings of the Town of Salisbury, Connecticut, will be held at Salisbury TownHall. 27 Main Street, Salisbury, Connecticut, on October 16, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To consider and vote upon the Town’s Local Capital Improvement Program Plan (LOCIP) (5-year plan) for fiscal years 2019-2023.

2. To consider and approve an ordinance, adopted pursuant to Connecticut Public Act No. 17-65, providing for a municipal property tax exemption for Gold Star Parents and Spouses.
