Fundraisers help purchase car for Noble Horizon’s Wellness Center

SALISBURY — The Festival of Trees and other fundraisers at Noble Horizons raised enough money to purchase a new car for the Wellness Center. Recently, Noble Horizons Auxiliary Board members Kathy Hawley, Betty Kowalski, Nan Longley, Mary Barton, Karen Bennet, and Judy McKernon presented Noble Horizons Administrator Bill Pond with the vehicle.  The money was raised not just from the Festival of Trees but also the bi-annual tag sales and the Holiday Fair. The Wellness Center, which offers free health and wellness services to Noble residents including free transportation to medical appointments and other destinations, was established with a bequest from former Noble Horizons resident Caroline Wall.
