Victorian Tea fundraiser May 15

PINE PLAINS — The Friends of the Pine Plains Library will hold a Victorian Tea at the Mashomack Fish and Game Preserve on Sunday, May 15, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Mashomack is at 7435 Route 82, 1.7 miles south of the intersection of routes 82 and 199.Tickets are $32 and can be purchased at four locations in town: the library, the pharmacy, Deuel’s Hardware and Hammertown Barn. Mashomack is donating not only its facilities, but also items for the event. Harney and Sons Fine Teas is donating the tea and Ronnybrook Dairy is donating the clotted cream.This is the event’s second year; last year’s earnings went toward an antique cabinet for materials.
