Seven Bombers on MHAL teams

PINE PLAINS —  This past fall a slew of Stissing Mountain Middle/High School athletes were nominated and recognized for their work on the field. Seven players have been named to the Mid Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) All-League Teams, which are broken down into first, second and third teams.

Coaches nominate players from their schools, and those nominations are sent in to the league’s chairperson for that sport. The results are gathered together and sent back to the coaches. Coaches, depending on their sport, then have a certain number of votes to cast in their pick for the outstanding players during the past season. They may not cast votes for their own players.
