The Gary-The Olivia Players present “Babette’s Feast,” based on the story by Isak Dinesen. Set in a remote 19th-century Norwegian fishing village, the play follows the arrival of a mysterious French refugee whose culinary gifts transform a small religious community. Performances take place in the Abbey of Regina Laudis’ covered open-air theater. Admission is free; donations are welcome. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
