Gianna Marie Boults

NORTH CANAAN — Gianna Marie Boults, 25, passed away on Monday evening, Sept. 23, 2019, with her parents, Lynn Digiacomo and Timothy Boults, at her bedside.

Gianna was born at Sharon Hospital in 1994, grew up in North Canaan and attended North Canaan Elementary School, then moved to Florida with her parents, where she continued her education and received her high school diploma.

Gianna was a brave and loving young woman who dealt with adversity and life to the best of her ability. She lived her life from a place of love, always, in her heart.

Gianna also lived her life with a firm place of confidence that was expressed with one of her favorite sayings, which was (told very often to her parents), “I got this!”

Gianna loved her son, Joey, and her parents, Tim and Lynn. She loved her cats and dogs that shared her home and life. Gianna had a special place in her heart for a little girl, also named Gianna.

Gianna is survived by her son, Joey; her parents, Tim and Lynn; her “Aunt Susie” Boults; her aunt and uncle Mike and Joanne Digiacomo; her step-grandmother, Carol Boults, and Carol’s son, Mike, and his family; her cousin, Marc Boults; and friends near and far, who loved her.

Gianna was predeceased by her grandparents, Robert Boults (affectionately known as “Cool Pop”), Sina Morgan and Shirley and Val Digiacomo; and her uncle, Christopher Boults.

There will be a private service for Gianna in Nokomis, Fla., where she was living.

Donations in Gianna’s name may be sent to the Little Guild of St. Francis, 285 Sharon-Goshen Turnpike, West Cornwall, CT 06796.
